Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We have new cancellation policies for all new and established clients. There will be a cancellation charge on all no-shows or canceled appointments within a 48-hour period of your scheduled appointment. The charge is 50% of the previously scheduled service cost. Giving us a 48-hour notice allows us to possibly fill the time slot with another client who wants in.
A no-show will be a full-service charge.
